Condition Requirements
All items must be in excellent, gently used condition. We inspect every item carefully before accepting it for consignment. Items that do not meet our standards will be returned to you or donated with your permission.
- ♥ Clean and freshly laundered — no odors of any kind
- ♥ Free of stains, including underarm staining
- ♥ No rips, tears, holes, or fraying
- ♥ No missing buttons, broken zippers, or damaged closures
- ♥ No pilling or excessive wear on fabric
- ♥ Free of pet hair and lint
- ♥ No alterations that affect the garment's original fit or appearance
Style & Brand Requirements
We focus on quality, name-brand clothing that our customers love. We look for current styles that will sell well on our floor.
- ♥ Name-brand or boutique clothing preferred
- ♥ Current styles (generally within the last 3–5 years)
- ♥ Women's and men's clothing accepted
- ♥ Seasonal items accepted year-round (we store off-season items)

Quantity & Submission Guidelines
To keep our process smooth and fair for all consignors, we have a few simple guidelines for dropping off items.
- ♥ Maximum 2 white 13-gallon bags per month
- ♥ Items should be neatly folded or on hangers
- ♥ No appointment necessary — just come in during business hours
- ♥ We reserve the right to limit quantities during busy periods
Items We Do Not Accept
- Fast fashion brands (Shein, Wish, Fashion Nova, Romwe, etc.)
- Items with stains, odors, or visible damage of any kind
- Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel
- Socks and hosiery
- Items that are heavily worn, pilled, or faded
- Costumes or novelty items
- Items more than 5 years out of style
- Counterfeit or knock-off designer items
Preparation Tips for Success
Want the best chance of having your items accepted? Follow these tips before bringing in your consignment:
- ♥ Wash everything before bringing it in — even if it "smells fine"
- ♥ Use a lint roller to remove pet hair and lint
- ♥ Check all pockets and remove personal items
- ♥ Inspect each item in good lighting for stains or damage
- ♥ Steam or iron wrinkled items for a better presentation
- ♥ Bring items in a clean, white 13-gallon bag or on hangers
