So you’re not left guessing
Bring the signed last page of the welcome packet, plus your phone, email, and mailing address. We’ll go through the bag with you, send declined pieces home with you, and explain why. Plan a few extra minutes. Returning consignors just use the same account.
When we open your account we ask what to do with items we can’t use on later drop-offs. Most people choose donate. If you choose call, we phone you only when there is something to pick up. It’s a one-person shop, so we don’t send out accepted-or-declined lists — but ask any time you’re in and we’ll tell you.
Collect those items within 7 days of our call. After that they become shop property and may be donated or used in our annual bag sale.
After that first visit you can drop bags and go. Just make sure your name is on each bag before you set it down — account number too if you remember it, and if you don’t, we’ll look it up. A bag with no name can’t be matched to an account, and we see more mystery bags than you’d think.
The clock starts the day we accept and tag an item — not drop-off day. Once it is tagged, it cannot come back early. After 90 days, unsold items become shop property.
Ask in store, call, or email with your name or account number and we’ll look up your balance. Want a check? Payouts happen on the 15th of every other month and are by request — let us know by the 10th so it’s ready for you. Your earnings wait for you; there’s no rush to collect.
Winter, boots, and coats: July–December. Summer, sandals, and shorts: January–June. Year-round basics anytime. We may decline an off-season piece even if the brand is right.
